Every night, we prepare a buffet made with market fresh ingredients and just the right amount of world famous Moroccan spices. Our chefs use seasonal vegetables, locally sourced, and never frozen. You can always choose from our menu and enjoy at the restaurant or in the comforts of your room.

From the Coffee Bar

Our baristas can make you coffee any way you would like. Try coffee the way locals like it: 'kahwa mehersa,' or 'nes nes,' where the espresso, milk and foam is separated into distinct layers.
